Need advice fast! Mostly for guys, but girls can answer too! PLZ help!?

OK..soooo..like i'm at my dads house(parents divorced) and we are ALWAYS out side doing something! (walkin the dog,mall,beach,anything really) And a lot of times there is a really cute guy there and it looks as tho he wants to come over and talk but my dad is there...i think my dad intimidates them. but my dad couldnt give a crap if they came over and talked to me...how can i give hem the hint that its ok to come over???Need advice fast! Mostly for guys, but girls can answer too! PLZ help!?

dont, just go talk to them.............im a genius i know
just motion them to come over. if they are afraid, you go to them.
to give them eye contact, and a friendly appearence. or u could just walk up to them if ur feeling brave enough.
just wave to him and signal him over.. say, i noticed you looking and i juet wanted to know ur name.. good start..
Take the initiative and go over and talk to him yourself. I don't think there is much you can do to get a guy to come over if your dad is there. Or maybe you could politely suggest to your dad that he go for a walk in another direction. =)
