if you feel that way about the two of them then tell her,but on the other hand bringing up someone else's baby can be difficult..having said that,if you love both, then i wouldn't wait.

Why wait? If she returns you're feelings and things work out so much the better for the baby. You didn't mention the father but that baby could think of you as her dad.
if you really loved her, then you would go for it but as i can see your love for her is stopping you because of a child!
