i live with my parents in a flat on the first floor. i like the guy that lives in the next entrance of our house. he's never seen me and doesn't know. whole my family knows his family, but nobody knows his name, and my family doesn't talk much to his parents. i've noticed him because he keeps leaving his car in front of my window. should i do anything? in russia it's not often when girls come up first. what do you think should be done not only by me, but also maybe by somebody else. well, give an advice. And what should i do or say so that he likes me? P.S. he's 20, i'm 18.the point is that it's russia, it's not usual here for girls to make the first move. and also, how should a girl behave in the conversation with a man? P.P.S. i'm perhaps too shy to make the fist move, and bumpin inot him won't really work, coz there's too much space around.Guys, guys, guys, and girls! give an advice!!!!!!?
well if you can see him from ur window..y dont u try staring at him..oko k not in the weird way...just look at him...when you make eye contact, lower ur lashes and and tilt your face the other way but only a lil...


then after a second look at him again...he should get a message


it generally works in india, even here girls dont make the 1st move. so this remains as the only solution for us.Guys, guys, guys, and girls! give an advice!!!!!!?
Just say hi and see where that takes you .Break the norms dont let this pass you by.When you see him with another you'll know what I'm talking about.

Deflate his car tyres and when he starts cursing and cussing (you can hear him from your window) appear to him and offer your help and take it from there.
well here in egypt its also hard to make the first move and is so much inacceptable


but if you see that he by any chance is attracted or may be he's being shy himself


try to make a move to break the ice like if your parents weren't home forget your keys and ask for company untill they're back


may be try to bake something and go give it to his mother while he's home of course make contact with the whole family make him feel you are not after him but still you need a friend or a brother
