Any advice please!girls or guys!?

i had unprotected sex,he pulled out before he came,i was on day 10 of my 28 day cycle,im due on in a weeks time but i have been getting symptoms that are not my usual pms like,lower backache,little cramps,wind,crying for no reason and loss of appetite,i don't know if its all in my head or could i be pregnant?anyone got any advice thanks!Any advice please!girls or guys!?
Could be that it's all in your head - you are putting a lot of pressure on yourself thinking back to what you did.





Having said that, you could be pregnant too. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! (I'm assuming you don't want to be pregnant?)

I would go and take a pregnancy test just incase. But i have gone through the samething. It only happeneds to me every great once in awhile. Definately go take a test though.
I think you should take a pregnancy test just to be sure, and maybe invest in some more reliable form of contraception in future, like a condom.
well you should have known before you had unprotected sex that pre-ejaculate can carry sperm and still get your pregnant.
It's all in your head. You wouldn't have pregnancy symptoms this early.


That doesn't mean that you aren't pregnant, though. You could still be.
