How should I go about this? I need a guys and a Girls advice?

Okay, I am outgoing but I am shy when it came to matters of my heart. There is a guy I really like that I work with and I would love to date him. I just don't have the ';guts'; to ask him out. I think he likes me too and I am not the only one that thinks so.





So what I am asking is how do I get him to ask ME out? I try to make it obvious that I like him but how obvious do I have to be?How should I go about this? I need a guys and a Girls advice?

Well, Why not just ask him out for lunch? I mean of course men do usually make the first move, but nothing wrong with a little role miss and matching now and again.
you can pretty much tell him you like him without saying it with the smiles, dressing nicely, talking to him etc


if you're flirting, giving him a lot of hints and you know he's single, then the ball is in his court. if he can't deliver try putting him in positions to do things like walk you to your car, or hold the door open for you, etc.





if all that's happening now - wait a couple days and then call him on it and ask him what the deal is

now is a new era. girls can also ask boys out. if you are pretty sure that he also likes you then he might just date you if you initiates it. be brave and ask him out. he might be shy too. :)
